1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Offerframe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, team members, and any person who accesses the platform on behalf of an organization.
2. Service Description
Offerframe is a multi-tenant business-to-business (B2B) pricing and quoting platform. The Service enables organizations to create, manage, and send professional quotes; maintain product catalogs; design quote templates; collect electronic signatures; and manage sales workflows. Features include AI-powered catalog import, drag-and-drop template design, PDF generation, public quote links, e-signatures, CRM integrations, and team collaboration tools.
3. User Accounts & Data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each organization ("tenant") retains full ownership of the data they create and store within the Service. Tenant data — including quotes, catalogs, templates, customer information, and documents — belongs to the tenant and will not be used for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service.
4. Admin Access & Impersonation
Our support team may view your account in read-only mode to help resolve issues or ensure platform quality. Every access is logged with timestamp, admin identity, and tenant accessed. No data is modified during these sessions. You can request a copy of your access log at any time by contacting support.
5. Payment Terms
Offerframe is a paid subscription service billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at your selected billing interval. Current pricing is available at offerframe.io/pricing. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may suspend access after a reasonable grace period.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Offerframe and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the platform. By using the Service, you grant Offerframe a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offerframe and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
