How do I get started with Offerframe?
Sign up to join our early access list. Once we launch, you can start sending quotes the same day.
How do I import my product catalog?
Go to your catalog page and click "Import." Upload any spreadsheet (CSV, XLSX) and our AI-powered importer will automatically map your columns to the right fields.
How do I invite my team?
Navigate to Settings > Team. You can send email invitations or add users directly. Assign roles (admin, manager, sales rep, marketing) to control permissions.
How does billing work?
Offerframe is $149/mo for up to 10 users with every feature included. You can pay monthly or save 10% with annual billing ($134/mo). Manage your subscription from Settings > Billing.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No long-term contracts. Your data stays safe and you can reactivate anytime.
How do I export my data?
Export quotes as PDFs or CSV from the quote list. Catalog data can be exported from the products page. We never lock you in.
What integrations are available?
QuickBooks Online (invoicing sync), built-in e-signatures, REST API, email notifications, and Stripe billing are available now. CRM integrations are coming soon.
How do custom fields work?
Admins can create custom fields in Settings > Custom Fields. Fields appear in the quote builder and can be included in templates and PDF exports.
Can I use my own branding on quotes?
Yes. Upload your logo, set brand colors, and customize email templates in Settings > Branding. Your quotes and customer-facing pages reflect your brand.
Is my data secure?
Offerframe uses Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, encrypted connections, and SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. See our Security page for details.
